Return Policy

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances*

*Please keep in mind that any item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (unused, unwashed, and undamaged; and all original packaging, labels, and tags must remain intact and attached to the item).

Defective Item

We will of course process the return of an item sent to you with an undisclosed defect. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, we want to correct the problem right away. Please email aDealSurreal@gmail.com, state the reason for the return request, and attach images or video of the product. We will respond to you promptly.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please email aDealSurreal@gmail.com. We will work with you to find a timely solution. You may receive a 100% refund to the original form of payment, or you may choose to keep the wrong item, with a partial refund.

Item Damaged during Transit

Every reasonable precaution is made to ensure that products are shipped safely, but if the item is damaged in transit, please email aDealSurreal@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt. Note any visible damages, include photos and/or video, and be as specific as possible, as this will assist us in processing your damage claim with the delivery carrier.

Missing or Lost Item

If you believe your package is missing or lost, please email aDealSurreal@gmail.com with the order number, as well as the tracking number, so we can initiate a lost package claim. This claim will help in the recovery of your missing or lost package.

Exchanges

Sorry, we are unable to process exchange requests. If you require a different item, you will need place a new order for the replacement item.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email aDealSurreal@gmail.com as soon as possible, and provide the order details, including order number, and receiver’s name and/or email address. If we are able to cancel the order, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 3 business days.

However, please note that orders are usually processed and dispatched as soon as they are received, and we are sometimes unable to fulfill a cancellation request. Thanks for your understanding.
